Krainert v. Dr. S

Mr. Pryor and Ms. DeGois represented a physician who allegedly failed to properly prescribe narcotic medication and the role of the medication in the patient’s suicide.  The trial court found that the defendant physician had appropriately managed the patient’s treatment and rendered judgment in his favor.
